[STDS-802-16] proposing resolutions to comments received in WG Recirc Ballot #14b

Based on the reply comments received in WG RB #14b, many revised
contributions have been uploaded:
        http://tge.wirelessman.org

Anyone who submitted a #14b comment is eligible to propose a
resolution of that comment. The deadline is Monday 12 July at noon
local time in Portland, Oregon, USA.

The proposed resolution should consider:
-the reply comments
-the need to update or correct the reference number of a
corresponding contribution
-the need to withdrawn some comments based on "harmonization"
-etc.

Submit comments to the server, which will be on the Internet at
<http://tgeballot.wirelessman.org> until late Sunday morning
(Portland time). Then I will pack it and bring it to the meeting
site. Beginning late Sunday afternoon, it will be available on the
802 LAN at <http://10.0.1.16>.

To prepare your proposed resolutions, please follow the same
procedure as for Reply Comments:

(1) Read the comment file
<http://ieee802.org/16/docs/04/80216-04_38r1.zip> in Commentary. Use
the Script "Unmark Found Records" to make sure no records are Marked
before you begin.

(2) When you want to propose a resolution, check the "Marked" box at
the top of that record [or use the Scripts to Mark all of your own
comments in one shot]. Then fill out the following fields:

Recommendation by:
Recommendation:
Proposed Resolution:
Reason for Recommendation:

(3) When you are finished entering replies, run the Script "Find
Marked Records". This will find the records for which you checked the
"Marked" box. Only the found records will be exported in Step (4).

(4) Under Scripts, choose "Export Clause Editor's Proposals". Choose
the file type "FileMaker Pro Runtime Files". Enter a file name of the
form "LB14_revised_Name.USR", where "Name" is your name. Upload that
file to the server.
