As for the reply comment #394 of C80216e-04_97r1, a presentation,
S80216e-04_97.pdf, was uploaded to the server to help explain our
contribution.
In case of AMC subchannel configuration, each subchannel may have
different DIUC/UIUC in a frequency selective fading environment. By
supporting multiple DIUC/UIUC codes in one AMC-MAP-IE, the overhead can
be greatly reduced for DL-MAP/UL-MAP.
An MSS using AMC subchannel configuration should look into the DL-MAP to
find appropriate DIUC. In case the MSS detects AMC-DL-MAP-IE, which is
an extended DIUC dependent IE, it should further read the IE to get DIUC
code for each individual subchannels within the burst resource region.
The DIUC code for each subchannel is listed in sequence in the
AMC-DL-MAP-IE.
