Your example in table 1 is based on a noise limited link budget and fails to
consider the interference limited component (C/I) typically considered in
cellular design. Interference from neighboring base stations will further limit
the range of the cell, especially when one considers a 1/1 or 1/3 reuse factor
as stated yesterday in the operators requirement contributions.
