[STDS-802-16] 802.16 agenda items for Friday 802 EC meeting

Bob,

These are the items I currently anticipate:

* MI: Approval of 802.16 Working Group Study Group on License-Exempt
Coexistence

* ME: Forward to NesCom:
        802.16e
        802.16f
        802.16g
        802.16h

* Review of 802.16 Liaison letter

The last one is a placeholder; we don't yet have a specific topic.
