That sentence is not included in any
contributions because the current Zone_Switch IE is used without any
change.
I tried to explain
by this sentence how the Zone_Switch IE is used for
support of MBS.
At the last meeting, there was a
concern on the Zone_Switch IE usage instead of MBS_ZONE IE.
That
sentence clarifies this.
My point was that the MBS_ZONE is
used for the MSS to know when its session and security information binding to
the current MBS content are changed.
Zone_Switch IE is used for obtaining
the DL burst information after the MSS detects the MBS_ZONE change.
