[STDS-802-16] [LE] 802.16's License-Exempt Coexistence Study Group

Last Friday, the 802 EC approved the decision of the 802.16 Working
Group to form a Study Group on License-Exempt Coexistence, based on
the recommendation of our License-Exempt Ad Hoc Committee

Here are some organization issues:

*Mariana Goldhamer <marianna.goldhammer@alvarion.com> is the Chair.
  Barry Lewis <blewis@redlinecommunications.com> is the Vice Chair.
  Thanks to both for agreeing to help.
