The list was updated based on suggestions on the reflector. Plan to make progress in each category is summarized below.Category: MBS Support:

Yong Chang was not available to discuss MBS; decision was to postpone until next week.Category: Handover Support:
* Comment 353 (Contrib. 04/156r1) - Safety Channel HOSamsung is reworking their contribution based on feedback at the Portland Plenary. They expect to have an update by the end of next week (8/6).* Soft HO and Fast BS switching - complete specifications especially Fast feedback channel and SDLsWe captured 3 action items as next steps:1. Mo-Han to send out an email summarizing list of changes needed to complete SHO/FBSS support in .16e2. Mo-Han to reinitiate discussions within SHO/FBSS harmonization team to make progress on pending issues. Anyone interested in participating in offline discussions should let Mo-Han know ASAP.3. Masoud and Kamran will upload new text on their harmonization proposal for SHO/FBSS by Monday, 8/2.* Definition of PHY MODE ID in NBR-ADV messageJungwon is working on a contribution and will have it available for review in about a week.* Comment 483 (backbone signaling) - this is ruled out of scope, so do we want to come up with requirements / assumptions for another TG to work on or perhaps propose informative text on assumptions for handover support?This was not discussed.* Comments 530, 532This was not discussed.* Support for 1x3 frequency reuse scenariosKamran and John Humbert will develop a contribution summarizing technical requirements for handover support in 1x3 frequency reuse scenarios. * Comment 348 (Contrib. 04_155r1, Handling DL Traffic for Idle mode MSSs)
* Comment 367 (Contrib. 04/199) - Quick Connection Setup in Idle mode
* Comment 368 (Contrib. 04/198) - Location Management for supporting Idle mode in 802.16e
Phil Barber, Ronny Kim and others are working on a harmonized contribution that will incorporate the above 4 contributions + a few other issues. Draft will be upload by Monday and reviewed on the conf call next week.
Category: Scanning and Association related Optimizations:
* Comment 315 (Contrib. 04/167r2) - Enhancement of scanning and associationContribution was revised to 04/167r3. Jungje Son will rework this next week. LGe is planning to submit a new contrib. related to scanning and association; these two contributions will be harmonized.
