[STDS-802-16] Correction: [STDS-802-16] +++IEEE 802.16 Working Group Recirculation Ballot #14c Announcement



The note below is incorrect. It says "This is a recirculation, with
the entire draft open to comment." The true scope of the
recirculation is stated in the official announcement:

2.4 Scope of Ballot
The scope of the recirculation ballot includes only the disposition
of the outstanding Disapprove ("Technical, Binding") comments and the
changes to the draft as documented in the comment resolutions under
review (along with the implementation of those resolutions in the
draft). The only comment resolutions under review are those in IEEE
802.16-04/38r4.

Thanks to Phil Barber for noting this error.
