This document announces IEEE 802.16 Working Group Recirculation
Ballot #14c. It also tells you how to participate, and it details the

PLEASE READ THESE IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:

*The scope of this recirculation ballot includes only the disposition
of the outstanding Disapprove ("Technical, Binding") comments and the
changes to the draft as documented in the comment resolutions under
review (along with the implementation of those resolutions in the
draft). The only comment resolutions under review are those in IEEE
802.16-04/38r4.

*If you don't wish to change your vote in Letter Ballot #14, as recorded:
        http://ieee802.org/16/tge/ballot14/report14.html
and you don't wish to submit comments, it would be appropriate to not respond.

*If you are currently a Disapprove voter, it is critical that you
clarify your acceptance of the resolutions of your comments. You may
do so by either: (a) voting Approve with No Comments; (b) voting
otherwise, but submitting a comment indicating the comments numbers
which have been resolved to your satisfaction.

The list of unresolved Disapprove comments is included in Annex B of
the Announcement. It is also in the ballot status report.
