[STDS-802-16] new contact info

Hello all,

My apologies for the broad distribution but it's the easiest way to
avoid missing someone.

This is just to inform you that I have changed positions and will no
longer be the VP Technology for Wi-LAN.  Please use my new e-mail
address for any correspondence.  I will still remain active in the
802.16 standards and look forward to seeing you all in Seoul later this
month.
