During network
entry of an SS an error in the process can result in “Scan for DL channel”
(Figure 60 for example during initial ranging). In addition an error might
result in “Re-initialize MAC” (figure 66 for SBC). What is the
difference between the two? What is the SS required to do when told to “Re-initialize
