[STDS-802-16] P802.16e/D5 Sponsor Ballot in progress
The IEEE Sponsor Ballot of IEEE P802.16e/D5 has opened and will close on 4 November (at 11:59 pm US Eastern Time).
If you are a member of the Sponsor Ballot Group, you should have already received notice from the IEEE Balloting Center. If you choose to submit comments, please prepare your comments in Commentary, save them as a USR file, and upload that file as instructed by the Balloting Center. If your comment refers to a document, upload the associated contribution at <http://tge.wirelessman.org>.
If you are not a Sponsor Ballot Group member, you may ask a member to submit your comments. You may also submit comments (although not Binding ones) directly. Use Commentary, and upload your comments by the deadline to <http://tgeballot.wirelessman.org>. Again, upload any associated contributions at <http://tge.wirelessman.org>
In either case, please make sure to use Commentary correctly. In particular, to prepare you comments for submittal:
(1) Using the layout selector in the upper-left corner, choose "Create and Submit Ballot".
(2) Click "Save Data to File".
(3) Choose the file type "FileMaker Pro Runtime".
(4) Use the file name format "SB16e_NameFamily_NameGiven.USR", where "NameFamily" and "NameGiven" are your names.
(5) Don't try to skip (1) and (2) by using a script from the script menu. None of them will work for this task.
