Hi,
From section 8.4.6.1 of the standard, while dealing the Optional FUSC
permutation formula. I am assuming the value of "Ns=32" is this the
right way? If so the value of c1=IDcell and c2=0 always.as the value
of IDcell varies between 0 and 31.Right?
