[STDS-802-16] problems with http://upload.wirelessman.org in China

I have had several reports of problems reaching the 802.16 upload
server (<http://upload.wirelessman.org>,
<http://tge.wirelessman.org>, etc.) from China. There seems to be a
DNS problem with this link.

If that doesn't work, please try:
        http://66.7.171.28/cgi-script/CSUpload/CSUpload.cgi

or else try:
        http://www.the-cloak.com or
        http://anonymouse.ws/anonwww.html

Please let me know what's working and what is not.

We expect to be using a local server during Session #35.
