[STDS-802-16] end IEEE 802.16 Letter Ballot #16 (on P802.16f)
IEEE 802.16 Working Group Recirc Ballot #16b closed with no comments
and no new Disapprove ballots. The result was 113 Approve and 3
Disapprove. None of the three Disapprove voters responded in either
of the two recircs.

This result Concludes Working Group Letter Ballot #16. Accordingly,
we will be asking the EC on March 18 to forward P802.16f/D3 for
Sponsor Ballot.
