[STDS-802-16] Update: P802.16e/D6 Sponsor Recirc Ballot: Call for Reply Comments
[This is an update of the previous Call for Reply Comments. David
Castelow informed me that he had submitted an incorrect comment file.
Therefore, I have issued a new Commentary database 802.16-05/012r1.
David's 26 comments have been marked as "Withdrawn." David's 22 new
comments have been added as Comments 3539-3560. So the number of
comments has grown from 538 (previously inaccurately reported as 528)
to 560, with 26 of them withdrawn. Please note that comments are due
at 7 am on Monday 14 March, Atlanta time.]
The P802.16e/D6 Sponsor Recirc Ballot has closed. After deleting
duplicate comment files from some individuals and duplicate comments
from multiple individuals, we are left with 560 comments.
The Commentary database is here:

This note specifies details for the Call for Reply Comments regarding
these comments. The deadline is Sunday 13 March AOE
<http://tinyurl.com/66pv7>, which is Monday 7 am in Atlanta. The
instructions are below.
I'll forward the voting results when I get the tally from the IEEE-SA
Balloting Center.

To create and submit reply comments:
(1) Obtain Commentary <http://ieee802.org/16/docs/Commentary>, if you
don't have it.
(2) Unzip the Comment Report to get a ".USR" file, which will open in
Commentary.
(3) Read the comments in Commentary. When you want to respond to a
comment, check the "Marked" box at the top of that record. Then fill
out the following fields:
Recommendation by:
Recommendation:
Proposed Resolution:
Reason for Recommendation:
You are justified in recommending rejection on grounds of
incompleteness or lack of a specific change request.
(4) When you are finished entering replies, look under Scripts and
choose "Find Marked Records". This will find the records for which
you checked the "Marked" box. Only the found records will be exported
in Step (5). Don't include records on which you have no reply comment.
(5) Under Scripts, choose "Export Clause Editor's Proposals". Choose
the file type "FileMaker Pro Runtime Files". Enter a file name of the
form "SB16e_reply_Name.USR", where "Name" is your name.
(6) Upload the exported file to <http://tgeballot.wirelessman.org>,
or to the tgeballot directory on the local server if it is available
on the 802 LAN in Atlanta (beginning Sunday afternoon).
