[STDS-802-16] CTC interleave parameters

Hi,

referring to table 329 of 802.16-2004

The (m,j) params for 16-QAM rate 3/4 NEP=432 case was originally given to be 

m=6,j=4

But in Corrigendum-D1 of the same it was corrected(unclearly) to be 

m=5,j=4

It does not work now. I even tried j=3. still no use. I have not seen the Corrigendum-D2 document. Kindly someone make this clear.
