Re: [STDS-802-16] P802.16e/D8 recirc request

Hi Roger,

Apologies for not responding in time for this. I meant to approve the
16e sponsor ballot as well.

Thanks & BR,
- Yigal

I've submitted the P802.16e/D8 recirc request. The cover letter:
	http://ieee802.org/16/docs/05/80216-05_030.pdf

includes links to the updated comment resolution files (updated to show
that additional comments were Satisfied).

I have asked the IEEE-SA Balloting Center to open the recirc soon so
that it will close by 8 or 9 June.

The cover letter lists the Disapprove voters:

DISAPPROVE VOTERS
Phillip Barber
Rajesh Bhalla
David Castelow
Remi Chayer
Mark Cudak*
Carl Eklund
Yigal Eliaspur
David James
James Gilb
Tal Kaitz
Mika Kasslin
Brian Kiernan
Byoung-Jo Kim
Jonathan Labs
Dorothy Stanley
Victor Stolpman*
Rainer Ullmann
Vladimir Yanover
Nico van Waes*
