PLEASE NOTE: This is a Confirmation Ballot. The Working Group
unanimously passed a motion on 5 May 2005 to request conditional
approval of the 802 EC to forward Draft 3 to Sponsor Ballot. Provided
such approval is granted by the EC, the conditions are related to the
response to this Confirmation Ballot. If you have comments on the
current draft but believe it is ready for Sponsor Ballot, you may
wish to hold your comments now and submit then later during Sponsor
Ballot. The intent is for Sponsor Ballot to be completed before
Session #38 in July.
