[STDS-802-16] Results of EC ballot: conditional approval of IEEE P802.16-2004/Cor1 for Sponsor Ballot
Dear EC Members,
The deadline for this ballot passed on June 5. I received only one comment on the tentative result posted earlier: namely, Paul asked to not be included in the results since he does not vote on routine motions. The final results are shown below. I thank the EC members for their time and energy on this issue.
In this same email, I would like to report on the results of the WG ballot on this issue, per Clause 21 of the 802 P&P:
*802.16 WG Letter Ballot Recirc #17b closed on 7 June.
*The final ballot report is at <http://ieee802.org/16/maint/ballot17/report17.html>.
*The final vote tally was 171 Approve, 4 Disapprove (98% approval).
*No Disapprove ballots were submitted during Recirc #17b.
*No comments were submitted during Recirc #17b.
The conditions of Clause 21 have been met. P802.16-2004/Cor1/D3 will therefore be submitted for IEEE-SA Sponsor Ballot immediately.
Regards,
Roger
