I agree with Amir, I think the
next draft from the 16e working group should incorporate the changes
(corrections) made in the maintenance group, i.e., D3 (or whatever is the
latest).

there, In the preface of IEEE 802.16e D9 it
is written that this is an amendment to IEEE 802.16-2004. However, there were a
lot of issues that were fixed in IEEE 802.16 Corr1 D3 which are not imported in
D9. Should one amend D9 to Corr1 D3? An example would be writing the slots
frequency first, or Fast feedback channel allocation as a block. There are also
a lot of inconsistencies in the length of extended UIUC and the CDMA allocation
