Most, if not all, of the inconsistencies between
802.16e-D9 and Corr1 D3 were cleared up at last week’s session. 802.16e-D10
and Corr1 D4 should track with each other. Brian Kiernan From:

next draft from the 16e working group should incorporate the changes
(corrections) made in the maintenance group, i.e., D3 (or whatever is the
latest). Point well made! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- From: owner-stds-802-16@ieee.org
[mailto:owner-stds-802-16@ieee.org] On Behalf
Of Amir Kamalizad Hello there, In the preface of IEEE 802.16e D9 it is written that this is
an amendment to IEEE 802.16-2004. However, there were a lot of issues that were
fixed in IEEE 802.16 Corr1 D3 which are not imported in D9. Should one amend D9
to Corr1 D3? An example would be writing the slots frequency first, or Fast
feedback channel allocation as a block. There are also a lot of inconsistencies
in the length of extended UIUC and the CDMA allocation IE. Regards, Amir |
