Hotel:
1. Hotel rooms at the ITC Maurya Sheraton are still available at the
room block rate of $195. Please book your hotel rooms ASAP.
2. Please also note that the hotel form posted last week had an error
in the hotel fax number, corrected form has been available on 802.16
website since last couple of days. If you are having trouble with
faxing to the hotel, please download the hotel form from website
one more time and retry with the correct fax number.
Registration:
3. On popular demand, the deadline for early registration at the $312.50
price has been extended till Dec 9, 2005 AOE.

If you will be attending, please begin action now on the essential
planning:
(1) A hotel reservation form is posted. Please complete and submit it as
soon as possible. The cutoff date is 30 November; rooms may not be
available afterwards.
(2) Unless you hold an Indian passport, you will almost certainly need a
visa. For this, you should request a letter of invitation from the host.
Please initiate the process as soon as possible. Details are on the web.
(3) On-line registration is now open. The preregistration deadline is 30
November.
