Hotel rooms at ITC Maurya Sheraton are now sold out. 
We have arranged with a nearby hotel (walking distance)
called Taj Palace hotel for additional rooms. Best way
to reserve rooms if you still have not done so 
would be send your information requested
in the hotel reservation form for ITC Maurya Sheraton
to arhoda@beceem.com and she will work with the Taj Palace
hotel and send you a confirmation.

Update on hotel for Session #41:
I checked with the hotel. It is also possible to email in your 
hotel reservation form to the hotel at the email listed
in the form and copy

Also, hotel rooms are still available at the conf rate, so please
go ahead and make your bookings. The hotel is a little backlogged
on responses due to a deluge of bookings, so confirmations may be 
slightly delayed.

If there is any problems with your reservation (no confirmation after
48-72 hrs, 
wrong room rate etc.), feel free to email arhoda@beceem.com and we will
try to resolve the issue.

for New Delhi, Jan 9-12.

  Registration cost is $312.50 till Nov 30, it increases to $412.50
after that.

- If you are planning to stay in the meeting hotel and avail
  of the room block, you need to book your hotel ASAP, otherwise
  the hotel may sell out. January is a busy season in New Delhi.
  Please print out the hotel reservation letter from the website
  and fax it to the hotel at the number shown on the letter.

- If you need a visa invitation letter, you need to ask for it now

- Please book your flights early, Jan is busy travel time to India.
