Hi,
I have been researching on 802.16 for a while now. I have a few confusions
and questions regarding the service flow creation in the standard published
in 2004. The basic question I have is
"How and when is a service flow created for data? The standard says that it
is initiated by upper layers and is out of the scope of the standard. But
having standard network layers above, who decides that it is time for
service flow creation?"
