[STDS-802-16] Session #43 meeting schedule

I have posted the draft Session #43 schedule

As you will see, we are getting busy again, so the schedule is quite 
crowded. We have three parallel meetings most of the time. We are 
still trying to avoid evening meetings, but this may prove difficult.

Depending on the level of input we receive, we may need to make some 
adjustments.
