[STDS-802-16] Clarification regarding hotel reservations for session #43.
Dear Session #43 attendees,
I would like to clarify the process of hotel room reservations for the
session.
Your reservation at the registration site is sufficient. The reservations
are processed by Tlalim Events (an event-organizing agency which assists us)
and the rooms in the hotel are kept for the event. At this stage the hotel
will not recognize individual reservations by name and there is no point in
contacting the hotel directly for checking your reservations. If you have
any special concerns, you may contact Tlalim Events at the email cc-ed.
As an additional note, after the April 6th the hotel has reduced the quota
of Standard rooms allotted to us. As a result, some of you may receive
emails from Tlalim Events notifying you that a De-Luxe room is offered
instead of the Standard room that you have indicated as a preferred option.
