[STDS-802-16] Idle Mode Management

Hi,

This is reference to NWG stage3 (page 178 step 2) and stage 2 (page 149) 
document. According to the stage2 document the PA in the serving BS sends 
MS Dreg Request message to its local Paging Controller But in Stage 3 
document BS PA sends the MS Info Request to the ASN. 

Also the response DREG-CMD for MS initiated idle mode is sent before 
releasing data path as per STAGE 3 But it is different Stage2.

Could anyone please give detail on this,
