[STDS-802-16] P802.16g/D7 recirc: Ballot Resolution Committee
At Session #47, the WG approved the following motion:
"To authorize the Working Group Chair to establish a Ballot
Resolution Committee to resolve any comments received as part of the
Sponsor Ballot recirculation on P802.16g/D7; to authorize the Editor
to revise P802.16g/D7 in accordance with the Ballot Resolution
Committee's resolution of any comments received on the Sponsor Ballot
on P802.16g/D7 and reissue the document as P802.16g/D8; to authorize
the Working Group Chair to initiate a Sponsor Ballot recirculation on
P802.16g/D8, to close around March 11, 2007."
In order to carry out this assignment, I'd like to form a Ballot
Resolution Committee (BRC). Phillip Barber will chair. The committee
will work by telephone and Internet.
If you are a WG Member and wish to participate on the BRC, please
notify me, and Phil, by Feb 12 AOE. Please don't volunteer unless:
(1) you have plenty of time available next week, because the
committee will need to work very quickly in order to meet the
schedule, and
(2) you have been an active participant during the 802.16g comment
resolution process in NetMan meetings.
If we have too many volunteers for this job, I may name a subset to
the committee.
