[STDS-802-16] Relay TG docs posted
The Relay TG web page now includes some new TG documents, including:
* Session #47 Summary, Rev 1
* Session #47 Closing Remarks, rev 1
* Session #47 Minutes
* P802.16j Baseline Document, rev 2
The contributions are also archived. There are about 172 of these (or
321 if you count multiple revisions), plus 60 slide sets.

P.S. The Call for Technical Comments and Contributions is not yet
available. In the meantime, you are welcome to proceed with
developing contributions for Session #48.
