Hi all,
I have 3 questions

1. For UGS and rtPS service flows, when specifying QoS parameters values in DSA-req, could the responder (for example the BS when it is a SS-initiated DSA) specify smaller value those specified in DSA-req? (according to the standard)

2. If the Latency parameter is omitted from DSA-req , or set to 0 for these service flow classes, what happens? (according to the standard)

3. How could does an application estimate the needed latency?
