[STDS-802-16] compiled table of 802 PARs for March EC agenda

Dear 802.16,

As noted below, I have compiled a table of the PARs submitted for  
March EC approval:
	http://ieee802.org/16/meetings/mtg48/lmsc/pars.html

If you wish to raise any comments on the PARs from other WGs, please  
due so at the 802.16 WG Session #48 Opening Plenary of 12 March. You  
are also free to discuss any issues beforehand on this reflector.
