Check intent for new contributions/issues related to
HARQ 4. Discussion on how to

Action item We recommend that during this first conference
call, we should focus mainly on how to harmonize each contribution and how to
submit to the TG. Detailed technical discussions at this stage may
consume a lot of time. Moreover, people can submit new contributions up to 6th
April. If there are some comments on the above, please
