[STDS-802-16] REVISED Call for Comments on REVISED Draft 802.16m Evaluation Methodology Document

Due to previously-reported editorial problems, the Draft 802.16m Evaluation Methodology Document has been reissued as IEEE C802.16m-07/080r1. As a result, the Call for Comments has likewise been bumped up to r1.

The revised announcement is below.
