I apologize to everyone for posting this so late, but it has been harder
to put together than originally anticipated.

Anyway, the Call for Contributions, 802.16m-07/040.pdf, for the 802.16m
SDD has been uploaded to the TGm upload directory:

The Call has a submission date of November 7th, 2007 AOE (Anywhere On
Earth).
