Re: [STDS-802-16] [Relay TG] Ad-hoc Group announcement: Due Date Extension:
Dear 16WG members,
Thank you for effort and participations to the Relay TG ad-hoc groups.
There we still have a lot of comments to resolve towards the coming Atlanta session. This is the reason why we set up ad-hoc groups, aiming at providing comment resolution recommendations on some specific topics and comments assigned through their review and discussions. Reminding this, discussions with higher priority to resolve open comments at the ad-hoc would be much appreciated. Further, the TG chair team believes that efforts on solving controversial or fundamental issues within the ad-hoc group first can accelarate the resolutions of easier comments later. Your kind understanding and support on this would be much appreciated.
Also please note that the "Call for reply comments on the resolutions, P802.16j/D1, is ongoing, while its closing date: 5 November, 2007 AOE approaching. Please don't miss it if you have found any. I have sent the reminder in parallel.
TG Chair members: please add your comments, if necessary.
Thank you again for your support and best regards,
Mitsuo

Original message (bottom) and due-date extention note (top)

Dear ad-hoc chairs, all,
Receiving some advices, there we had some discussions within the chair team and decided to extend the due date of comment resolution recommendations from each ad-hoc group, which will now be by
noon, Monday 12 November, 2007, Atlanta local time.
We expect this one-week extension can make the comment resolution discussions within each ad-hoc group more fruitful. Meantime, any earlier submissions will also be much welcomed if available, as which leaves members more review time in advance.
Your kind cooperation on this would be much appreciated.
best regards,
Mitsuo
