If these projects will not be submitted to RevCom in time for the December 2008 meeting, you need to take one of the following steps:
1. Request an extension for the project (PAR). Please note that this extension request can be from one to four years, although further justification may be requested for an extension request which exceeds two years.
2. Request withdrawal of the project (PAR).
Log on to myProject (
https://development.standards.ieee.org/my-site) to submit a
request for either of these actions under the link for 'Submit a PAR'.
Once submitted, the request to Extend an Approved PAR or the request to Withdraw an Approved PAR will be placed on the agenda of the next scheduled NesCom meeting.
NesCom will make its recommendation based upon the information provided.
If there is no response to this notification by the 20 October 2008 NesCom submittal deadline, the PAR will be recommended for administrative withdrawal at the 10 December 2008 IEEE-SA Standards Board meeting.
