| The draft Session #54 schedule for the week is available: We are not planning evening meetings, except on Thursday. However, this may change according to Task Group requirements. IEEE 802 tutorials are scheduled for Monday and Tuesday evenings. I think that all of these are of some interest to 802.16 WG members. Tutorial #1 is about the new "IMAT" attendance tracking tool that many of the 802 Working Groups will use in March. The 802.16 WG will not use the IMAT software at this session, but we will probably begin using it at Session #56 in July, so you may wish to attend. The draft Working Group Opening Plenary agenda is also available: Let me know if you'd like to add something to the agenda. A few of the links noted in the agenda are not yet available. I'll be filling in those blanks ASAP. Please take note of a few agenda items: (a) Liaison: We have received several liaison statements. There are several from ITU-R, and responses are in order. Therefore, the ITU-R Liaison Group is scheduled to meet all week. If you would like to propose responses, I am sure that the ITU-R Liaison Group would appreciate your input. You may upload such contributions to <http://wg.wirelessman.org>. (b) Officer Elections: WG Officer elections are scheduled for the Opening Plenary. The ballot will include a single candidate for WG Chair (Roger Marks) and a single candidate for WG Vice Chair (Jose Puthenkulam), since no one else declared their candidacy prior to the deadline.
