There is another MIMO related comment, 3309 (late) with related contribution C80216maint-08_90r3 regarding power normalization of MIMO data and pilots.

I received a request from several individuals to move the schedule around for the breakout parallel sessions this afternoon.  The new agenda, agreed to by the rapporteur chairs is:

 

          Tuesday 13:00-22:00, Boca 7

         13:00-14:00 Security

         14:00-15:00 HO (load balancing)

         15:00-16:00 HO (security related)

         16:00-18:00 PA

         19:00-20:00 HO/MBS

         20:00-22:00 MBS

          Tuesday 13:00-18:00, Boca 8

         13:00-16:00 FDD

         16:00-18:00 MIMO

         19:00-22:00 FDD or MIMO (as needed)
