Hello all, For those that are interested in working
to harmonize the contribution on relay evaluation methodology (contribution
1186), we have uploaded an updated version of the contribution (into the Temp
directory) that we would like to use as a starting point for harmonization. The
document is called C80216m-08_1186-harmonization-starting-point.doc. In
this version, we have pruned a number of the sections down to what we believe
to be essential and non-controversial text. Those that are interested in helping to harmonize
the document, please send me email. I plan to have a harmonization meeting some
time Wednesday evening. I will send an email tomorrow morning specifying the
