[STDS-802-16] Fwd: 2 Liaison Statements from ITU-R Working Party 5D

We have been notified by ITU-R Working Party 5D of two liaison statements, sent to multiple "external organizations". I have filed the statement (with hyperlinks to the attachments) as IEEE L802.16-08/080.

The content of these statements was developed during the September meeting of WP 5D and was available prior to Session #58. I personally do not believe a response from us is necessary on either issue, but this can be discussed during Session #59.
