[STDS-802-16] [802.16m] [FemtoSON] Deadline for comment on the 3rd draf

Dear SON/Femto RG members,

As you must have noticed, Phil has announced the deadline for commenting on the 3rd SON/Femto RG draft, which supersedes the deadline in our original RG work plan.

Please submit your comments by January 11 AOE.

We look forward to seeing you in San Diego next week.

Dear SON/Femto RG members,

We have uploaded the 3rd RG harmonized text (C802.16m-FemtoSON-09/040) to FemtoSON RG upload server. For you convenience, we have also uploaded the Delta version (C802.16m-FemtoSON-08/002r1).

Phil will announce the procedure for commenting on the this text soon.

We would also like to share with you the guidelines we have followed when developing the 3rd draft.

· Leave the text in the 2nd draft unbracketed if none or very few members commented to remove them.

· Modify the text in the 2nd draft directly if the comments were grammatical and/or clarifying.

· Put the text in the 2nd draft into brackets if a number of members commented to remove or significantly modify them.

· We tried to accommodate new text as much as possible, but leave them in brackets.

We encourage members to continue the harmonization efforts so that we can produce a clean and complete text in the face-to-fact meeting in next week.

We look forward to seeing you in San Diego next week.
