shortly upload the revision 1 of TGm SDD Comment Database which includes
the following:

late comment

reply comments created by 90 reply comment files
Since
we have faced some issues with the upload facility, I would like to point out
that there could be some reply comments that have not been included. The
reason for that is that some members have sent emails to me, some to Brian and
some uploaded to the local server (and some combinations of emails and
uploads). I have tried to collect all of them, but cannot guarantee that all
of them are included. Attached you will find the list of reply comment files
that I have imported. In case you don't see your file and you think that it is
absolutely neccessery to add yours, please let me know. Please remember that
you can always make your comments during the meeting.

This note is a Call for
Reply Comments, with a deadline of noon Monday in San
Diego.
The Commentary file will open to the view in which
you can begin entering reply comments. Use the "Submit Reply Comments" tab
in the upper right corner to export your replies to a file for uploading,
per the embedded instructions. Reply comments, in "cmtr" format, need to be
uploaded to the "TGm_comments" directory at <http://upload.wirelessman.org>.
The Ballot ID tags are embedded in the Commentary databases and, for
reference, are shown above in square brackets.
