[STDS-802-16] [TGm] Correct Folder for LB comments

Dear All,

 

It seems that some people are confused with folders where you have to upload your LB comments.

 

It should be under “lb30” not “TGm_comments”.

 

-       TGm_comments: only for SDD comments (deadline already passed)

-       TGm: Contributions associated comments or about Relay, SON, LBS, eMBS

-       lb30: Letter Ballot comments
