[STDS-802-16] Working Group Letter Ballot Recirc #30a Commentary Files

All,

Many of you uploaded Letter Ballot #30a Commentary files to the  
TGm_comments upload directory instead of to the lb30 upload  
directory.  I have taken this into consideration and extracted files  
from both areas to create the new database, so you do not need to  
upload again.
