As for the second contribution
(C80216m-09_2621.ppt), there would be no problem with developing D3 because the
relevant comment was rejected.
If you want to get the contribution on your own
purpose, please let me know. I will send it to you separately. I want to avoid
making IEEE_LISTSERV loading heavy. :- )
