IEEE 802 Plenary March 14-19, 2010 — Orlando, Florida USA
March 2010 marks the 30th anniversary of the IEEE 802. The Plenary Session will be held during the week of March 14-19, 2010. All working group sessions along with all tutorials and calls for interest will be meeting at the Caribe Royale Resort and Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.

Message from the IEEE 802 Executive Secretary
Session Registration: Any individual who attends any part of a meeting that is a scheduled part of an 802 Plenary Session must register for the full session.
Registration is available through a secure website. Session registrations are not transferable to another individual or to another plenary session. If you register for an IEEE 802 session and then are unable to attend, you must request cancellation of your registration before the cancellation deadline to be eligible for a refund of all or part of the fees paid.
Web registration requires valid credit card information for the payment of the registration fee; checks are NOT accepted for web-registration.

A $300 US surcharge will be added to the registration fee for those attendees not booking and staying in the 802-contracted hotel(s); Caribe Royale and Buena Vista Suites. Proof of hotel stay will be required to prevent the surcharge.
