Actually, I am trying to register now (i.e. at 10:00pm in Calgary(GMT-6) on 18^th Aug).

But, When I fill out personal information, the screen is still showing the cost is USD600.

Could you double-check this situation?

And what shall I do now?

 

Could you reply to me A.S.A.P?

Please remember that in order to enter Russia you need to apply for a visa. All the process is described here: http://www.i-event.ru/ieee/VisaInformation.html. This process takes time, so please apply for visa as soon as you can.  

Please also don’t forget to reserve a hotel room:  http://www.i-event.ru/ieee/hotel.html  before the 1^st September, otherwise the room in the meeting venue hotel is not guaranteed!
