registration works fine, however, the payment does not work. The answer I got from softkey.ru was in Russian which I unfortunately don't understand.

 

So I hope the time of registration is relevant, not the time of payment.

Just to be sure; You are not requiring payment (by credit card) at the time of registration, right?

Please remember that in order to enter Russia you need to apply for a visa. All the process is described here: http://www.i-event.ru/ieee/VisaInformation.html. This process takes time, so please apply for visa as soon as you can.  

Please also don’t forget to reserve a hotel room:  http://www.i-event.ru/ieee/hotel.html  before the 1^st September, otherwise the room in the meeting venue hotel is not guaranteed!
