[STDS-802-16] IEEE 802.16 Session #73: Registration Deadline, Smart Grid Workshop, and Transportation

Folks,

(1) Today is the declared preregistration deadline for IEEE 802.16 Working Group's Session #73.

(2) Note that we are planning to arrange a Smart Grid workshop on Monday morning. If you are interested in attending, you may wish to plan to arrive at the hotel by Sunday. We hope to have more information soon. Please let me know ASAP if you have something you'd like to present there.

(3) We have added information on the web page regarding airport transportation.

The IEEE 802.16 Working Group's Session #73
will take place on 16-19 May 2011 in Lake Louise, Alberta, Canada.

Registration is now open. The discounted preregistration fee is available until 22 April 2011 AOE.

The Grand Hotel is holding a room block until 1 May. See the web page to make your reservation, and for additional details.

This Interim Session of the Working Group is sponsored by IEEE 802.16 (but let me know if you know of a company that would like to be a sponsor). The Member Host is Ron Murias.
